Daily Bible Reading:

1 Chronicles 22:13

You will have success if you are careful to observe the decrees and laws that the Lord gave Moses for Israel. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged.

Psalm 1:1-3

1.Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. 2.But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. 3.He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and who's leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.

2 Chronicles 20:20

Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.

A Different Attitude
Ron Blue

Both the Christians and non-Christians are concerned with success, but in each case success is always relative to goals. The difference is in perspective. One view sees only the here and now, the other sees the unseen. What one's perspective is (or to put it another way, what one believes) will determine attitudes and actions. That is why the Christian, in managing his or her money, is different...The Christian, therefor may or may not have more than his neighbor, but that does not distinguish him. What does distinguish the Christian from the world is the absence of any anxiety, which might have come as a result of the loss of something he has managed or even God's denial of something he wants. Why? Because the Christians's treasure is not on earth. The world and its temporal toys do not possess him...
